Circuit Bench Retirement: Buckingham
Her Honour Judge Kathleen Rosemary Bernadette Buckingham retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 1 January 2023.
Background information
Her Honour Judge Buckingham was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 1986. She was appointed a Recorder in 2002 and a Circuit Judge in 2009. She was authorised to sit as a Deputy High Court Judge in 2010.
