Circuit Bench Retirement: Coe KC
Her Honour Judge Rosalind Coe KC retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 18 July 2026.
Background information
Her Honour Judge Coe KC was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 1983, took Silk in 2008 and was elected a Bencher in 2013. She was appointed a Recorder in 2003, a Circuit Judge in 2011 and authorised to sit as a High Court Judge in 2013 pursuant to the Senior Courts Act 1981. She served as the Designated Civil Judge for Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Lincolnshire from 2022 to 2023 and the Designated Civil Judge for Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire from 2023 to 2026.
