Her Honour Judge Yvonne Ruth Coppel retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 16 May 2026.
Background information
Her Honour Judge Coppel was called to the Bar (Inner Temple) in 1976. She was appointed an Assistant Recorder in 1996, a Recorder in 2000 and a Circuit Judge in 2007. She was authorised to sit as a High Court Judge in 2013 pursuant to the Senior Courts Act 1981.
