Her Honour Judge Kharin Cox retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 4 July 2025.
Background information
Her Honour Judge Cox was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 1982. She was appointed a Recorder in 1999 and a Circuit Judge in 2004. She was authorised to sit as a High Court Judge in 2004 pursuant to the Senior Courts Act in 1981.
