His Honour Judge Jeremy Nigel Donne RD KC retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 1 November 2023.
Background information
His Honour Judge Donne RD KC was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 1978, took Silk in 2003 and elected a Bencher in 2011. He was appointed an Assistant Recorder in 1998, a Recorder in 2000 and a Circuit Judge in 2012. He was a Criminal Course Tutor at the Judicial College from 2015 to 2023 and a Judicial Member of the Parole Board from 2020 to 2023.
