Circuit Bench Retirement: Everall QC
His Honour Judge Mark Everall QC retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 3 June 2020.

His Honour Judge Everall QC (69) was called to the Bar (I) in 1975, took Silk in 1994 and was elected as a Bencher in 1998. He was appointed an Assistant Recorder in 1992, a Recorder in 1996 and authorised to sit as a Deputy High Court Judge in 1996. He was appointed a Circuit Judge in 2006.
