Her Honour Judge Catherine Jane Gargan retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 1 October 2024.

Her Honour Judge Gargan was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 1978. She was appointed a Recorder in 2001 and a Circuit Judge in 2013.
