Circuit Bench Retirement: Greenberg KC
Her Honour Judge Joanna Elishever Gabrielle Greenberg KC retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 29 November 2025.
Background information
Her Honour Judge Greenberg KC was called to the Bar (Gray’s Inn) in 1972, took Silk in 1994 and was elected a Bencher in 2002. She was appointed an Assistant Recorder in 1992 and a Recorder in 1995. She was appointed a Chairman of the Police Appeals Tribunal in 1997 and a Circuit Judge in 2014.
