His Honour Judge Sean Hale retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 10 June 2026.
Background information
His Honour Judge Hale was called to the Bar (Inner Temple) in 1988. He was appointed a Deputy District Judge in 2003, a District Judge in 2007 and was a Regional Costs Judge from 2017 to 2026. He was appointed Circuit Judge in 2021.
