His Honour Judge (Robert Charles) Stephen Holt retired as a Circuit Judge with effect from 18 April 2021.
Background information
His Honour Judge Holt (68) was called to the Bar (G) in 1978. He was appointed a Recorder in 2003, a Circuit Judge in 2009 and a Member of the Parole Board in 2010. He was appointed as Resident Judge at Norwich Crown Court and the Honorary Recorder of Norwich in 2013.
