His Honour Judge Simon Michael Jack retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 1 August 2021.
Background information
His Honour Judge Jack (69) was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 1974. He was appointed an Assistant Recorder in 1992 and a Recorder in 1994. He was appointed a Circuit Judge in 2004.
