Her Honour Judge Helen Mifflin DL retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 30 September 2023.
Background information
Her Honour Judge Mifflin DL was called to the Bar (Lincoln’s Inn) in 1982. She was appointed a Recorder in 2000, a Circuit Judge in 2008 and authorised to sit as a High Court Judge in 2012. She has served as Deputy Lieutenant of Gwent since 2017.
