Circuit Bench Retirement: Nathan
His Honour Judge Peter Joseph Nathan retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 21 December 2019.

His Honour Judge Nathan (70) was called to the Bar (I) in 1973. He was appointed a Deputy District Judge in 1993, a Recorder in 2000 and a Circuit Judge in 2005. He was appointed a Deputy High Court Judge and the Designated Family Judge for Surrey in 2011.
