Circuit Bench Retirement: Parker
His Honour Judge Timothy John Russell Parker retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 12 September 2026.
Background information
His Honour Judge Parker was admitted as a Solicitor in 1986. He was appointed a Deputy District Judge in 1999 and was a Member of the Civil Procedure Rule Committee from 2001 to 2003 and 2019 to 2022. He was appointed a District Judge in 2003 and was a Civil Course Tutor at the Judicial College from 2010 to 2024. He was appointed a Circuit Judge in 2022.
