Circuit Bench Retirement: Pearce-Higgins QC
His Honour Judge Daniel John Pearce-Higgins QC retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 27 December 2019.

His Honour Judge Pearce-Higgins QC (70) was called to the Bar (M) in 1973, took Silk in 1998 and elected a Bencher in 2009. He was appointed an Assistant Recorder in 1995, a Recorder in 1999, a Member of the Mental Health Review Tribunal in 2000 and a Circuit Judge in 2004. He was appointed the Designated Civil Judge for Hereford and Worcester in 2009.
