Circuit Bench Retirement: Robinson LLD (Hon)
His Honour Judge Graham Robinson LLD (Hon) retired as a Circuit Judge with effect from 1 July 2024.
Background information
His Honour Judge Robinson LLD (Hon) was called to the Bar (Inner Temple) in 1981 and elected a Bencher in 2016. He was appointed a Recorder in 1999, a Circuit Judge in 2005 and authorised to sit as a High Court Judge in 2008. He served as the Designated Civil Judge for Sheffield and South Yorkshire from 2011 to 2023 (Designated Civil Judge for Hull and Grimsby in 2016) and was a Civil Course Tutor at the Judicial College from 2016 to 2024. He was elected Honorary Treasurer of the Council of His Majesty’s (formerly Her Majesty’s) Circuit Judges in 2023.
