Circuit Bench Retirement: Rogers
His Honour Judge Mark Nicholas Rogers retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 22 June 2021.
Background information
His Honour Judge Rogers (65) was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 1980. He was appointed a Deputy District Judge in 2000, a Recorder in 2001, a District Judge in 2007, a Circuit Judge in 2009, a Deputy High Court Judge in 2011 and a Nominated Judge of the Court of Protection in 2011. He was the Designated Family Judge for Lincolnshire from 2014 to 2019 and for Nottinghamshire from 2017.
