Her Honour Judge Sara Elizabeth Staite retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 1 October 2022.
Background information
Her Honour Judge Staite (65) was called to the Bar (Inner Temple) in 1979. She was appointed an Assistant Recorder in 1996, a Recorder in 2000 and a Circuit Judge in 2010.
