Circuit Bench Retirement: Twomlow
His Honour Judge Richard William Twomlow retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 1 April 2023.
Background information
His Honour Judge Twomlow was called to the Bar (Gray’s Inn) in 1976. He was appointed an Assistant Recorder in 1998, a Recorder in 2000 and a Circuit Judge in 2011. He has been the Honorary Recorder of Merthyr Tydfil since 2017.
