Circuit Bench Retirement: Wulwik
His Honour Judge Peter David Wulwik retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 29 February 2020.

His Honour Judge Wulwik (69) was called to the Bar (G) in 1972. He was appointed an Assistant Recorder in 1995, a part-time Chairman of the London Rent Assessment Panel and Leasehold Valuation Tribunal in 1999, a Recorder in 2000, a Circuit Judge in 2004 and President of the Consumer Credit Appeals Tribunal in 2008. He was appointed Principal Judge for estate agents’ appeals to the First-tier Tribunal (General Regulatory Chamber) and a Judge of the Upper Tribunal (Administrative Appeals Chamber) in 2009 (a Judge of the Upper Tribunal (Tax and Chancery Chamber) in 2014).
