Judge Donald Agnew retires with effect from 1 April 2020.

Judge Agnew (69) was admitted as a Solicitor in 1976. He was appointed a Lawyer Chairman of the Rent Assessment Panel in 2002 and a Lawyer Vice President of the Rent Assessment Panel (now known as Deputy Regional Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) in 2009.
