District Bench Resignation: Eldergill
District Judge Anselm Charles Eldergill resigned from the District Bench with effect from 1 July 2024.
Background information
District Judge Eldergill was admitted as a Solicitor in 1987. He was appointed a Legally Qualified Panel Member of Appeal Tribunals in 2005 and a District Judge in 2010. He was a Court of Protection Course Tutor at the Judicial College from 2016 to 2024.
