District Bench Retirement: Bull
District Judge Simon Keith Bull retires from the District Bench with effect from 1 March 2024.
Background information
District Judge Bull was called to the Bar (Gray’s Inn) in 1984. He was appointed a Legal Member of the Mental Health Review Tribunal (now known as a Fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Health, Education and Social Care Chamber)) in 1995. He was appointed a Deputy District Judge in 1999 and a District Judge in 2007. He was a Regional Costs Judge from 2008 to 2015.
