District Judge Delia Ivory Coonan retires as a District Judge with effect from 1 April 2023.
Background information
District Judge Coonan was called to the Bar (Gray’s Inn) in 1973. She was appointed a Deputy District Judge in 2005 and a District Judge in 2014.
