District Bench Retirement: Grand
District Judge Andrew Victor Grand retires from the District Bench with effect from 23 November 2023.
Background information
District Judge Grand was admitted as a Solicitor in 1984. He was appointed a Deputy District Judge in 1997 and a District Judge in 2006. He was a Faculty Tutor at the Judicial College from 2017 to 2023.
