District Judge John Melvin Hugman retires from the District Bench with effect from 1 October 2023.
Background information
District Judge Hugman was admitted as a Solicitor in 1979. He was appointed a Legally Qualified Panel Member of Appeal Tribunals and a Deputy District Judge in 2000. He was appointed a District Judge in 2013.
