District Judge Marilyn Ann Mornington retires from the District Bench with effect from 1 November 2019.

District Judge Mornington (65) was called to the Bar in 1976. She was appointed a Deputy District Judge in 1992 and a District Judge in 1994. She was a Diversity and Community Relations Judge from 2011 to 2014.
