District Judge Timothy Russ retired with effect from 2 September 2026.
Background information
District Judge Russ was admitted as a Solicitor in 1988. He was appointed a Deputy District Judge in 2007, a Fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Social Entitlement Chamber) in 2019 and a District Judge in April 2026.
