District Judge Ian Mathieson Underwood retires from the District Bench with effect from 2 November 2019.

District Judge Underwood (67) was admitted as a Solicitor in 1978. He was appointed a Deputy District Judge in 1993, a Recorder in 2008 and a District Judge in 2011.
