Employment Judge Nicol Massie Hosie retired with effect from 19 January 2026.
Background information
Employment Judge Hosie was admitted as a Solicitor in 1974. He was appointed a part-time Chairman of Industrial Tribunals in 1987 and Chairman of the Employment Tribunals (Scotland) (now known as a Salaried Employment Judge (Scotland)) in 1997. He was a Legal Chairman of the Reserve Forces Appeal Tribunal from 2003 to 2021.
