High Court: Retirement of The Honourable Dame (Jane) Clare Moulder DBE
The Honourable Dame (Jane) Clare Moulder DBE retires from the High Court (King’s Bench Division) with effect from 26 October 2022.
Background information
Dame Clare Moulder DBE was admitted as a Solicitor in 1984. She was appointed a Recorder in 2010, a Deputy High Court Judge in 2013 and a Specialist Circuit Judge (Circuit Commercial Court) in 2015. She was appointed a Judge of the High Court assigned to the Queen’s Bench Division (now King’s Bench Division) and nominated to sit as a Judge of the Commercial Court in 2017.
