Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Clive Hugh Jones retires with effect from 6 April 2024.
Background information
Judge Jones was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 1981. He was appointed a Deputy Registrar in Bankruptcy of the High Court in 2007 and a Recorder in 2010. He was appointed a Registrar in Bankruptcy of the High Court (now known as an Insolvency and Companies Court Judge) in 2012. He was authorised to sit as a High Court Judge in 2019.
