Judge Komorowski was admitted to the Faculty of Advocates in Scotland in 2008. He was appointed a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) in 2020. He has been appointed to sit as a Sheriff in Scotland from September 2023.
