Judge Nehar Bird retires with effect from 11 April 2024.
Background information
Judge Bird was called to the Bar (Gray’s Inn) in 1977. She was appointed an Immigration Adjudicator in 1995 and an Immigration Judge (now known as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber)) in 2005. She was an Assistant Resident Judge from 2017 to 2023.
