Judge Macdonald (70) was admitted as a Solicitor in 1971. He was appointed an Immigration Adjudicator in 1998 and an Immigration Judge in 2005 (now known as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal and Deputy Judge of the Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber).
