Background information
Judge Osborne (63) was admitted as a Solicitor in 1984 and called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 1993. He was appointed a Deputy District Judge in 1997, an Immigration Adjudicator in 2003 and an Immigration Judge (now known as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber)) in 2005.
