Judge Simon David Ennals retires with effect from 30 March 2026.
Background information Judge Ennals was admitted as a Solicitor in 1995. He was appointed a Part-Time Legal Panel Member of The Appeals Service in 2001 and a Immigration Judge in the Asylum & Immigration Tribunal in 2007. He was appointed a District Tribunal Judge (now known as Judge of the First-tier Tribunal) (Social Entitlement Chamber) (Social Security and Child Support) in 2009. He was appointed as a First-tier Tribunal judicial member to the Tribunal Procedure Committee in 2011 until 2018.
