Upper Tribunal Judge Kenneth Allen Craig retires with effect from 17 April 2020.

Upper Tribunal Judge Craig (69) was called to the Bar (L) in 1975. He was a Member of the Bar Council from 1994 to 2011 and has been a Bencher of Lincoln’s Inn since 1999. He was appointed a Legal Member and part-time Chairman of the Immigration and Asylum Tribunal in 2004, a fee-paid Immigration Judge in 2006 and Deputy Judge of the Upper Tribunal (Asylum and Immigration Chamber) in 2010. He was appointed a Judge of the Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) in 2011 and a Legal Member of the Special Immigration Appeals Commission in 2015.
