Upper Tribunal Judge Lesley Kay Smith retires with effect from 1 July 2025.
Background information
Upper Tribunal Judge Smith was admitted as a Solicitor in 1997. She was appointed a Lawyer Chairman of the Rent Assessment Panel (Residential Property Chamber) in 2011 (now known as a Fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber)). She was appointed a Judge of the Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) in 2015.
