Judge Gary John Richard Garland retires as President of the Valuation Tribunal for England with effect from 1 March 2026.

Judge Garland was called to the Bar (Inner Temple) in 1989. He was appointed a Deputy District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) in 2005 and President of the Valuation Tribunal for England in 2016.
