Regional Employment Judge Paul Phillip Swann retires with effect from 22 March 2025.
Background information
Regional Employment Judge Swann was admitted as a Solicitor in 1980. He was appointed a Legal Member of the Mental Health Review Tribunal in 1994, a part-time Chairman of the Employment Tribunals in 1997, an Employment Judge in 2003 and a Regional Employment Judge in 2012. He was appointed a Legal Chairman of the Reinstatement Committee and Reserve Forces Appeal Tribunal in 2019. He was appointed a Deputy Chair of the Central Arbitration Committee in 2024.
