Regional Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) Retirement: Duffy
Judge Simon John Duffy retired with effect from 7 February 2026.
Background information
Judge Duffy was called to the Bar (Lincoln’s Inn) in 1996. He was appointed President of The Midland Rent Assessment Panel in 2002. He was appointed as a fee-paid Deputy Chairman of the Agricultural Land Tribunal (Wales) in 2004 and as a Regional Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) in 2013.
