Regional Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) Retirement: Powell
Judge Timothy John Powell retires with effect from 14 June 2026.
Background information
Judge Powell was admitted as a Solicitor in 1984. He was appointed a Lawyer Chairman of the Rent Assessment Panels of the Residential Property Tribunal Service in 2006. He was then appointed as a Lawyer Vice-President of the London Rent Assessment panel in 2011. He was appointed as a Regional Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) in 2013.
