Regional Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) Retirement: Tildesley OBE
Judge William Michael Spencer Tildesley OBE retires with effect from 2 October 2023.
Background information
Judge Tildesley OBE was admitted as a Solicitor in 1980. He was appointed a Deputy Special Commissioner and a part-time Chairman of the VAT and Duties Tribunal in 2003. He was appointed a Lawyer Chairman of the Rent Assessment Panel in 2004 and Vice President of the Valuation Tribunal for England in 2009. He was appointed a Deputy Upper Tribunal Judge (Tax and Chancery Chamber) in 2009 and a Regional Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) in 2013.
