His Honour Judge Simon George Harry Barker QC retires as a Senior Circuit Judge with effect from 31 October 2020.
Background information
His Honour Judge Simon Barker QC (70) was called to the Bar (L) in 1979, took Silk in 2008 and was elected a Bencher in 2012. He was appointed a Recorder in 1995. He was appointed a Specialist Senior Circuit Judge (Chancery) in 2010 and a judge of Business and Property Courts in 2017.
