Senior Circuit Judge Retirement: Luba KC
His Honour Judge Jan Luba KC retires as a Senior Circuit Judge with effect from 2 April 2024.
Background information
His Honour Judge Luba KC was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 1980, took Silk in 2000 and was elected a Bencher in 2009. He was appointed a Recorder in 2000, a Judge of the Employment Appeal Tribunal in 2002, a Circuit Judge in 2015 and a Senior Circuit Judge in 2019. He served as the Designated Civil Judge for London from 2019 to 2024.
