His Honour Judge (Francis) Paul Watson KC retires as a Senior Circuit Judge with effect from 24 February 2024.
Background information
His Honour Judge Watson KC was called to the Bar (Gray’s Inn) in 1978 and took Silk in 2002. He was appointed a Recorder in 1998, a Circuit Judge in 2012 and a Senior Circuit Judge in 2020. He served as the Resident Judge for Teesside Combined Court from 2020 to 2024.
