Senior Circuit Judge Retirement: Worster
His Honour Judge David Worster retires as a Senior Circuit Judge with effect from 1 September 2025.
Background information
His Honour Judge Worster was called to the Bar (Lincoln’s Inn) in 1980 and elected as a Bencher (Lincoln’s Inn) in 2012. He was appointed a Recorder in 2001 and a Circuit Judge in 2008. He was a Civil Course Tutor at the Judicial College from 2011 to 2025 and a Civil Course Director from 2016 to 2021. He was appointed a Senior Circuit Judge in 2017.
