His Honour Judge Philip Anthony Kramer retires as a Specialist Circuit Judge with effect from 10 November 2023.
Background information
His Honour Judge Kramer was called to the Bar (Inner Temple) in 1982. He was appointed a Deputy District Judge in 2000, a Recorder in 2008 and a District Judge in 2013. He was appointed a Specialist Circuit Judge (Business and Property Courts) in 2017. He was authorised to sit as a High Court Judge in 2017.
