The property segment of the list addresses claims, whether between individuals or businesses, relating to:

  • easements
  • restrictive covenants
  • landlord and tenant matters
  • business tenancies
  • adverse possession and squatters matters
  • mortgages

The trusts segment of the list deals with claims governed by CPR Part 64 including:

  • the administration of estates
  • the execution of a trust
  • Variation of Trusts Act claims

The Probate portion of the list deals with claims governed by CPR Part 57 including:

  • probate claims
  • the rectification of wills
  • the removal of personal representatives
  • Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act claims
  • Presumption of Death Act claims
